Botting in Intermediate bot games is an issue what are you doing about it?

What is riot doing about this if anything and why are there not harsh enough penalties so that people can not do this. I just got placed in a match with 4 bots and of course i have to take a block penalty to avoid playing that game. That is absolutely ridiculous that players are being punished for other people botting.

I don't understand why you care. I mean I know it's not right, but report them and play the game.... you're playing bots ffs
