Purchasable Summoner's Rift/Howling Abyss Skins

As ridiculous as the idea may sound, I figured since the Arcade Summoner's Rift is now in the PBE for testing, perhaps the game has enough cosmetic map skins to be purchasable by players to customize their battlegrounds on their own screens. Not many people will agree on the idea, but it'll be rather interesting see the different loading screens, music themes, and map skins even if a specific event is over. This option will have to be disable on event and rotating game modes.
