Coop Vs Ai bots

I know league of legends is currently on development but how come we can't use the new 5 champion added in coop vs ai in custom? like yasuo,teemo,gangplank and volibear. I feel like it's a slow progress and there will be no excuses as the new Shen rework works in coop vs ai without even disabling Shen. I also notice that coop vs ai rarely have assasins which I want to be added because usually people pick ad champions to take advantage of squishy ap mages which is why we should have oppoturnity to train in custom so we would get use to them. Thanks for reading this question this isn't a complain but a reminder to put back the old bots that was been disabled and add ad assasins for training purposes.
