Riot R U Ever Going To Address The Issue With Caitlyn Sometime Soon?

I'm sorry but she has been crazy powerful for some time now and it's been getting on my nerves. People may say "oh but she falls off at mid game" or some shit like that but really I don't ever see that. She has an incredibly strong early lane phase, ridiculous late game and mid game almost feels no different from this. You can argue like the post about bot lane though is shit due to the giant man dives and all that but that's not what I'm trying to get across. What I'm getting across is Caitlyn possibly being the strongest ADC right now with not a whole lot to do against it, and trying to see if Riot is listening to us and addressing this issue.
