Hey Riot May I Please Ask Something?

Just out of curiosity what do you think the main reason players think all rioters have the same opinion is? From my understanding it seems that people get angry at something a rioter says and blames the entire company as a whole. I don't think this very fair at all. Does riot allow their employees to just say whatever they want regardless of if they know before hand that its going to make the community angry? I honestly love the game and don't mind the new runes and blue essence system. A lot of players who do not understand where riot was going with these changes are the main players that get angry about it. But with that being said can rioters just do and say as they please because riot does not care about the image they are getting from individual employees? Please help me get a better understanding.
