If chat was available in league of legends, this would cause less lag to occur for several people. Furthermore, with a chat service available in league, like in cs go or in other games, it would allow communication between players to be that much stronger and result in less negative attitudes and confrontations in league of legends, and if something like this were to occur, muting them would be just as efficient to making it a better environment for gamers.
