More Masteries Pages; Champion Linked Masteries

(Still pretty new to the game, mostly a console fiend until now. To be honest this is the best strategic game i have ever played) That being said, why is there a limit to the number of mastery pages with so many champions.
*There should be three pages to each champion that are popped when you choose that champion in match. * That way no matter which lane you play or which champion, you are not scrambling to set something up. would love to here input or maybe the reason why. Could be data storage??? Idk, just seems like something that would make everyone happier. Also, a suggestive mastery for each champion for players getting started, just like the item pages

Once again thank you for this game, can't believe I haven't started playing until now. Keep killing it!
