Delayed Release of New Champions in Ranked

Any new champion should have a break in period and not be allowed to be used in Ranked for at least 2 weeks or so to allow new players to adjust. I don’t count PBE, but this is just a thought after having the opposite issue where a champ (yummi) is severely under powered and not understood yet.

I think you should be required to have a certain level of mastery on any champion used in ranked. This would limit Smurfs and would prevent trolling as much.
