Whats the point of a control mage that can't control her own power?

. I really wanted to love this champ. But I gave up as I felt she is too hard to use and her abilities are clunky and counter intuitive.

Apparently, she is suppose to be a control mage, but she can't control anything reliably. Her W and E combo is hard to land an leaves you choosing between your Q or ult because you can't perform those spells all together without a 1 -2 second delay. Her W is pointless without her E and vise versa.

Her worked ground cooldown is way too long even at 140 secs and is hardly visible.

This makes the champ feel clunky at best which really just makes it hard to actually control anything unless it has been chained CC'ed by teammates.

Overall this champ is pointless as she can't perform her role very well.
