@Riot, you made a failure with jayces balance buffing him for worlds

The big factor that was very common for jayce was like ezreal he had a notably weaker midgame because of the need to include tear in his build and to need to stack it. That was his one real weakness with the change to his mana management (on top of buffing his already respectable damage) you created the regularly complained about problem he is now. It is the same as if giving Cass it's mana refund for simply hitting a poisoned target without taking anything away from her, she would simply lose the mana gating that would keep her in check before and have no weak point once she could start machine gunning.
