Dealing with AFK in ranked queue

When a non-premade teammate goes AFK in a ranked queue, the result of the match shouldn't be counted as a loss for the team with AFKer, excluding the player(s) who were AFK. This system cannot be abused as you can't help your pre-made by going AFK.

Teammates of AFKer will not lose any LP(excluding pre-made), but opposing team will gain LP to prevent loss of time for them. The amount depends on the duration of match. Shorter the match, lesser the % of LP (of original value) gained. Longer the match, more the % of LP (of original value) gained. This prevents the system from being abused(as the enemy can't go AFK 1 minute before match ends with the intention of preventing you from gaining sufficient LP.)

If someone on your team goes AFK but your team still wins the match, your team gains a slight bonus % increase to the original value of LP. This promotes players to keep playing even with AFK as they are rewarded for it.

When a player is announced as AFK, that player's teammates immediately get the option to surrender; minimum 2/3 votes of yes to surrender. This allows teammates to end a match they are not enjoying, or they can continue to play and be rewarded for it. The decision is up to the collective of them.
Current system of leavebuster doesn't require improvements, but it doesn't justify the loss weighed on the other 4 players.
The current system is not good enough. It punishes people who have done nothing wrong. Placing the 'AFKer' on a low priority solves nothing, and the other players keep facing the same issue over and over.
The ranked system, the way it currently is, doesn't fully show who is better than who. It takes too long to rank up.
Advantages of this system:
- Encourages players to keep playing the match.
- Does not wrongfully punish teammates of AFKer.
- Does not impact the gameplay of the winners. They get what they earned.
- Punishes the real culprits.
- Better overall gaming experience for everyone.
Disadvantages of this system:
- May promote players to force a player(through toxicity) to go AFK. (Temporary/current solution: Mute toxic players and report) Please comment below to add further disadvantages, if any.
