For the sake of numbers and learning

Please, do not ban reworked, big-updated, or brand-new champions in Normal Draft. Doing so only gives Riot biased data as for the champion's ban rate. New updates that are too strong won't show if you ban that champion-- and makes it impossible for you to learn how to play against that champion.

Instead, pick someone against them that you think is equally "overpowered;" 'cause I assure you Yorick/Ryze/Sona's rework didn't come with Zed/Yi/Darius/Soraka's deletion. And picking a really strong champion will give them really good information as to how the new champion or rework fits into the game.

Plus, it's better for Ranked if people have chances to practice the champion in Normals-- expanded below.

#HOWEVER** Please do ban such champions in Ranked. The only people who could possibly be practiced with the new champion on-release are PBE testers.
