Please riot, Leblanc has had this problem for so long now

first off, no this isnt just a butthurt rant, ive been asking to have this changed for years now. second, no im not asking for her to be gutted, shes already in a bad place. compensate her or whatever, i dont care, but these two problems need to go.

problem 1 - her w radius is enormous. enormous enough that, outside of being too far away, she almost cant miss it. once she hits level 6, being too far away isnt really that much of a problem for her anymore.

problem 2 - her w can instantly be recast to have her blink out. she can turret dive you and not even risk tanking a shot. they need to either give it a brief delay before she can recast it or it needs to have a shorter window in which she can go back.
