I just want some help

You see i have lost all my rankeds this season and there is a reason for that you know ? Bad teammates is no my fault i almost always get first turret and first blood good cs and i help my team. Having say that i cant understand what the hell has my team in his monkeys brain, just watch my history i literally get crushed by the enemy team that is feed AF cuz my team doesnt give a fuxk and just fed the entier game, and indont know what to do, i can go to silver lile the last seasons cuz im just getting thi teams, in fact im in bronze 3 an im can rank cuz i evem lose normal game where i take the shot out of the enemy team and my team finds the way to fucking feed and lose. Can anyone give me some tips or just wanna rank in team or duo ?
