Free Rotation Expansion (14 to 15 champions)

Disclaimer: I own all the champions except Qiyana, whom I shall purchase when she costs 6300 BE. The free rotation doesn't affect me.

In 2017, Riot decided to make the free champion rotation be equivalent to 10% of the roster. Qiyana is the 145th champion and Riot is supposed to expand the free champion rotation, as per this dev post.

Riot has forgotten to do this as Rioter "BUBOBUBO" made a post stating that the free champion rotation will be staying at 14. https://i.imgur.com/u4RtWAc.jpg
