Jinx, Jayce or Rek'Sai

Ive got 6300 ip and want to buy one of these champions, looked at their stats and both seemed okay. But reksai is pretty unique with abilities and kinx is more attack.Any help?

as of right now id take jynx as the meta is shifting to hyper carries to deal with the tank meta. She has a natural attackspeed buff which is nice, zap is long range dmging slow, chompers stun and deal a little damage, global ult with aoe damage. Not to mention her passive OP for positioning and kiting during a fight. That said jayce is always beast, hes one of the few people to "counter" tankier people like the infamous Renekton(rip) because of his kit and %dmg on e. theres very few games where the enemy rek sai doesn't steam roll, but its also the same theory with teemo, lee, j4 etc. I havnt had much success with rek and I don't understand why not, I build the same items around the same times the guy who just went 21-3-9 as her in the previous game did and I'm just insta killed. I matched build for build vs a reksai IN THE SAME GAME @ lv 18 the nemey rek had over 350 more hp then I did and there were no buffs/pots to explain it, every 1 in the game was questioning it besides the rek sai, so who freaking knows. Same for j4, full tank j4: I do no dmg and im out dps'd. full dmg: i get killed 2 easy because of how weak I am. I reall suggest jayce or jynx, but like i said who knows you may be rek god or you maybe be rek'd by the rek god
