Current state of Azir

I don't go on forums that much, and I don't know if many topics like this already exist.

So, I need to say firstly that I don't even own Azir or play him (friend of mine does though and is having hard time with him), but looking at Azir's win rate, he was totally nerfed that patch (that attack speed nerf I think), and my question is, why didn't he receive a buff, 3 patches ago when he should've gotten it? (as well as other patches)... I mean it's like 5 patches that he is unplayable :/ (his win rate was around 41-43% whole time)

I would also like to hear what Azir mains think of his state now...

Because his kit is too versatile and volatile to receive buffs without breaking him in LCS/other pro play.

He needs a rework.

because he is too strong in the right hands.

when you want to play him you'll have to master him completely, but then, he is rewarding.

He is following the long proud lineage of Eve, Yorick, and Olaf of being nerfed into near uselessness (for all but the most dedicated mains) until he gets a suitable rework. When he is strong he is _too _ strong, especially in pro play.

With his current kit there is just no way to make him healthy by tuning numbers.

He just needs a little compensation buff right now and he'll be a viable pick in competitive and solo Que without totally shadowing out other picks. People claiming he can't be balanced are thinking way too black and white.
