Blood lord Vladimir sfx not sufficient

So i am quite happy what riot has done with the vladimir rework, but the blood lord skin is not great. Even when it costs quite alot as it is a legendary tier skin but lacks something different in the ability sfx. It is just vladimir with a cool cape and a different auto attack animation. It doesen't feel like a blood lord.
