Just an idea for Riot that's not balance chanages

The Training grounds for League of Legends is so old and a little out dated that it doesn't make that much sense to me why it's still like this, other than it's only there because Riot has been focusing on stuff like new gamemodes and champions. Well I would like an updated training grounds and would love to help with story and how to treat the new player since I can't really do model work or programing.

The idea I always had was playing off of Jinx's lore and making her have a confertation in the city of Piltover wil Vi and Caitlyn . She starts causing around destruction then Jinx tries to tell the player that Vi and Cait are coming and that they are bad news. It plays off of the player wanting to focus down caitlyn and running away from Vi who will be really tanky. In which she will have a warmogs armor maybe so attacking cait is the clear choice as well it Jinx saying something like "Trying getting Ms. Top Hat but don't let Fat Hands touch me." As well as she has a few items from causing her destruction. She could've gone into a real shop to buy a weapon, (which could be her unlocking her q by getting a rocket launcher or her w to help stop Cait and Vi) and that's why Cait and Vi don't attack her first, because she gets a surprize attack. As well, don't get afraid of short cutscenes to try and sell her power and destruction, like her bursting from the shop going "Hey Ladies! I got a new friend for you!"

Other lore plots could work as well, I just feel like Jinx is one of the best to play as because she can just make you feel so strong without her doing anything special, espceilly since she's a big destoryer and likes blowing things up which a few people who would be playing this would like.

I do want to know how people would like this idea but tbh I feel like people are just going to mass down it for no reason :/
