A Suggested Nerf for Ekko

I think that his dash should only go on cooldown if he uses it to attack someone/something, similar to Vayne's Tumble or another ability. I don't think he should be able to free dash all over your face and then just decide to just forever dash away. IMO it would be a subtle change that wouldn't hurt him, but just even the playing field a little. I mean he has a stun and slow in addition to the dash, he shouldn't need it.
