It has always and never been an ADC meta

ADCs, sure, are the only ones who stay relevant in nearly all the metas, but there has never been a time in a long time specifically an ADC meta: a meta focused around ADCs. I think you could argue the same about the tank meta, as tank, cc, and peel are always relevant regardless of how powerful they may be. Why should tanks get a meta and not ADCs?
