Let players have the option to block the tilt-inducing item link function.

Who in this game actually links someone's item in a positive way ever? It is spammed to induce stress mostly, which sucks because it still goes through when you mute someone. It almost never works in a positive way, and mostly is used to discourage players that's all. Quite frankly, i'm personally affected by this on almost every other game, because a player or two might not understand my build. I'd rather explain it in chat, than have someone spam my item in the chat.
