Blackmarket Brawl-like option for custom games/bot games

Hi. I'm a relatively casual player who sort of want to try out removed items in custom games and bot games. I probably represent the almost non-existent subset of players who play ton of bot/custom games and very little ranked/competitive games. I know that my way of playing is not the mainstream way of playing LoL, but I don't see much harm in adding option to play with poorly balanced items(ie flasheater) in a non-competitive game mode. In fact, it might give new insights for reintroducing/re-balancing some items etc.

I want to thank the developers at Riot Games in advance for hearing me out. I know that player base for my style of playing is very small to even request such feature, but grateful that you are supporting a wide range of audience.
