opinion on patch 8.13 singed nerf

So riot thought singed is op (got that part right) and decided to nerf singed. Bad idea. I'm not sure how riot comes up with decisions these days. I mean who in the world plays singed? No one ever plays singed. (ever seen a singed ban? Yes I have. And vast majority of that time was when SOMEONE DODGED THE QUEUE AND THE ENEMY ALREADY KNOWS WHAT I'M GOING TO PLAY AND BAN THAT CHAMP. WHY ISN'T RIOT FIXING THIS GARBAGE FEATURE HUH?) At least it punishes those folks who are dumb enough to not realize that singed is op do not play singed (vast majority of league players). I think it is rightful for riot to punish the stupidity of not realizing that and not punish those who are smart enough to know the opness of singed.

Same goes for Nunu

I have a suggestion. How about you nerf champ that is so op that everyone knows that are op and everyone plays and still win most of the games? A champ that requires an actual nerf is a champ that even stupid people know they are op and pick or ban every single game.
