Rito forgot about Varus?

Does Rito have any plans to buff Varus?? I feel like he's been forgotten about more than any adc besides Kog Maw. Even Kalista was meta earlier this season and she's still very viable for one tricks. Meanwhile Caitlyn has gotten like 9 buffs this season -_-
