no one cares about the balance of ARAM per champ
Pls nerf all listed champs plix, they counter Katarina opness, this cannot be allowed.
A lot of champions kill fun on HA. Assassins, healers, and long-ranged zero-interaction mages come to mind.
But it's HA just play to the best of your ability and jest the other team for having to rely on HA-OP picks.
