Gangplank's Barrrels

As a League of Legends player, personally, I have been playing for FOUR YEARS. This game that I have come to enjoy my free time in happiness or sometimes anger. But today, and for the pass week, I've come against a Gangplank plenty of times. Recently I've noticed that his barrels do immense damage to a player or a whole team. The barrel also slows and grant Gangplank temporary movement speed. Now I think that Gangplanks Barrels should receive a small or medium nerf. I think that the damage that comes from the barrels be reduced and possibly have the slow removed. But that's just my nerf opinion and I will support any nerf to the Gangplank barrels.
