Full CDR on Nidalee?

After the nerfs on Nidalee's Cougar QWE making them a second longer, I thought of building full cdr on her. Would this work?

Also, would you still build Iceborn on Nidalee like before? I saw people do it a lot before but after her nerfs nobody is doing it
