Diamond League Player asking: Why am I so bad?

Hello everyone.

First of all let me briefly introduce myself.

Im Wobba and im playing since Season 3. I was silver 1 in Preseason 4 and got platin in Season 4. In Season 5 I got Diamond.

When I play rankeds Im most likely gonna try my best as always like everyone should do ofc.

So enough about me let's talk about the topic that bothers me. So im Diamond 5 and I should be about the top 2% of EVERY league player. But you know I dont really feel like that.

When im playing ranked I just feel like getting destroyed by better players then me or my teammates. Dont understand me wrong im not even gonna blame them a single bit, even if they decide to open mid because their toplaner got a double kill at 3mins. I perform badly myself and I just don't get it.

I don't think that I belong in a worser elo because im pretty much like the typical Dia 5 player that just isn't good enough to rank up.

Now the thing that get's my attention. When im smurfing on my other Account (Yes I am a bad person for smurfing, but maybe you understand my feelings) vs gold/plat players I just destroy them like I get destroyed in some games on my main. I dont know what it is.

But let me tell you about normalgames. My nightmare to be honest. When I play solo I get matched up against Diamonds/Masters I just loose. It doesn't matter in which position I play.

And now my real problem. If I play with my friends (Silver/Gold) players I get matched up against their elo. And here is what I don't get. I simply don't win. We loose all the time. Shouldn't I be better as a top 2% player and atleast get a bit carry potential or what is wrong with me?

Is someone encountering the same specific problem or is it just me?
