Looking at the match history I can tell your build is completely wrong, you don't buy Ability power items on someone like Xayah because it does nothing besides waste gold. Mana is also useless against tanks, you wont need it unless your playing a ADC that requires them to cast abilities to deal damage like Ezreal rather than auto attack all the time, you can look up builds for champions you play on the internet. Though I would suggest watching some tutorials for league on YouTube on how the play correctly.

And to answer your question Crit alone won't do much against someone with decent armour values and health, crit only doubles your damage but it won't do anything if the enemy tank comes walking along, for crit chance to be effective against high armour and health enemies you need armour pen items like item 3036 mixed in with the crit to deal damage to them.

Example:

If you're against a Malphite with item 3143 item 3068 item 3102 item 3111item 3075 item 3065

A Caitlyn with item 3031 item 3085 item 3006 item 3072 item 3139 item 3087 isn't going to be useful at killing him compared to the below build.

Caitlyn with item 3031 item 3085 item 3006 item 3036 item 3072 item 3087
