Can we make it so Kindred Heals off Jungle Monsters more than Champions?

This 5.24 Patch really kinda kicked Kindred in there collective keisters. There HP in the Jungle is hard to keep high in the early game now so they can't gank as often. Could we maybe make there W heal like 3-5% more off Jungle monsters so they can still have a strong presence without being the gods of 1v1? (Maybe Wolf likes jungle hunts more then just running at something down lane)
