My game score did not record and got no chest from it !

Well... i played a game of ARAM a few days ago and got an S- on Lux. in my match history it still says i got an S rank but when i go to my owned champions and look at lux it still says my seasons highest score is a B rank. I got no chest from it because it has not recorded, wich blows.... i have I got some screenshot of it just in case i play to much games before i am getting helped with it.
plz people of the community try to bring this bug to the light at RIOT, because more people experienced this but and RIOt is not reacting to it.
