Ty for nerfing Ryze, Riot
Let's just chop 10% off the ratio of his primary damage source. Clearly we need to break his 45% win ratio even more... He's not even an issue in pros atm.

Riot wants Ryze to start the game by rushing 2 Tears first.
That's true, most of the pros play him for map coverage and utility. But maybe he was doing too much damage in team-fights once he got involved. I'm not sure why they would nerf his damage other than that.
Ryze is a walking Teleport for his entire team, and that's hilariously broken, so he's kept Urgot-tier until yet another rework (one was planned but abandoned a few months ago). The rework will also be unbalanceable, but that's okay, because it'll be reworked again a couple years later. That's Ryze, LoL's original rotating game mode.
This enranged me beyond imagination. Ryze is the only reason I did't quit League. It's the 11th nerf in a row meanwhile Zed and Talon are untouched while dominating midlane. If this nerf goes through without a buff I'm quiting this sh**.

I had finally found a character who I loved so much I read every text of lore he had. Every word.
They nerfed him down to 46% winratio from 48%. And he wasn't even played in tournaments anymore. And then they nerfed him again recently. Now he's sitting at 45.51% WR just slightly above .
You know what the reason for the nerf was even after he stopped being played in tournaments? "He's just unfun to play against" ??

As someone who likes to play ryze in norms (and sometimes ranked) im utterly confused why Riot would take off 10% AP (18% with E proc IIRC) ratio right now...
like Ryze is trash tier overall in in soloq (except for the few ryze players there still are) and I haven’t actually seen him myself in pro play either.
EVEN STILL, nerfing ryze’s ONLY skillshot makes less sense. Not the Root. Not the Ultimate
The nerf will not hurt ryze in pro that much because people can still abuse the ultimate and the broken ass e+w combo remains untouched.
Instead it will make ryze “Release Taliyah” levels of bad in soloq.
Please don't tell me this is a another start up on a Ryze rework
Ryze needs a conplete overhall the constant spell slinger , teleport your team does not work.
Needs more rework.

I would not mind even if they deleted him. These point and click champions are cancers. Not fun to play, not fun to play against.
