Visual Update Overhaul?

Some champions don't need Gameplay update's, but visually their completely outdated. Usually forcing you to buy a skin that makes them look better. There are a couple champions i can think of, or a couple champions that i really want to see get Visual Updates, not gameplay updates.

Riven: Riven's new "DawnBringer" skin is comming out next patch, and oh my god it looks amazing, the animations are so fluid and she looks breathtaking, but base skin riven doesn't look that good, her animations seem choppy and outdated so it would be nice to see a visual update for her.

Ezreal: We all know what Base Skin ezreal looks like, it's not pretty, his animations look very strange and lack fludity, making him just not feel right to play.

These are the two that i really want to see a visual update for, there are several that could use it, but many newer champions and reworks look absolutely amazing, they feel good to play and their movement is fluid, by that i mean it looks natural and is overall better to look at along with their base skins and skin's afterward being much more visually appealing.

Riven, Pantheon, Ezreal, Irelia(to a point), Soraka, Sona the list goes on forever so i won't name all of them but i hope that someday soon we see a Visual Update overall for all the champions that haven't gotten one recently.

PS: Dawnbringer Riven is what inspired me to write this because, holy shit i'm not a riven main but i'm buying that skin and playing her just because of how incredible it looks.

Edit: Several champions have some amazing base skin's and animation that feel really good and look incredible. Such as, Yorick, Warwick, Galio, Jhin, Illaoi, Xayah, Rakan, Kled, Katarina, Zed, Diana, Talon, Syndra. Those are the ones that pop into my head.
