Bring back sword of the occult

first time posting on the boards, please be kind :P.

I know that sword of the occult was a very underused item which is why it was removed from game play but honestly it was one of my go to items on heavy ad champions, as well as I do not think it to be entirely fair that the AD stacking item was removed where as the AP stacking item was merely reworked and given an easier build path. I would love to see the item reinstated.
