Add 10 levels more, to prepare summoners for ranked. Ranked will be disabled for level 30. In this 10 levels, give summoners quest F.E. get 5 kills without dying ; get 10 assits etc Something like this has to happen, there are too many noobs in ranked which makes it hell....
Or maybe you are just one of the noobs and either fails to realize it or doesn't want to accept it

I'm actually more in favor of having a "Sub-Bronze" tier than denying access to the ladder.
You can't ban folks for playing poorly. Then they will never learn.
This already exists. It's called levels 20 onward. You know, that magical place where the T3 Runes become Available? Where players actually start expanding their champion pool? The only problem is that League breeds some of the scummiest people ever. When a person legitimately asks for help, they're usually met by "Git gud noob, go back to bots!!" with the occasional bit of actual advice thrown in there. So instead of making something extremely pointless, why doesn't the community start being decent human beings? Starting with you because you seem to be quite full of yourself.

main supports and tanks not intrested in hogging all the kills because kills dont nessicarily mean win. the game wont change until 1. people realize there are 2 teams there is always a 50% chance of you winning and loseing you cant win all the time 6/10 is real good expecially when you getting matched with people you dont know or likely havent played with every game same with the enemy team why shouldnt the enemy have an equal chance to win as you. everyone too soft specifically in this past year and 2. kills arnt the objective of the game towers to get inhibitors to get towers to get he nexus are the objectives of the game. you know which game has kills as the over all objective call of duty and this isnt call of duty
