Can lissandra get a rework
Shes actually shitastic at low elo. Like she has no damage and her cc doesnt mean anything when you team doesnt follow up. She somewhat works in higher elo because of the teamwork. I cant enjoy my ice bitch come on rito

Well...any cc is worthless if your team doesn't follow up. But I agree she lacks damage significantly. Not sure why an AP champion that has to go in (E) and risk it all has less damage than most champions who are safer. I remember one game I was ahead by a lot and i still couldn't all in people. What a damn shame.
You do know every single spell is aoe dmg, right? So do you expect her do go in and one shot the whole enemy team? She needs some buffs or a small gameplay update but more damage is not the solution.
Also in low elo nobody is dodging her abilities. So her poke is stronger than ever because of the new runes. It's so easy to get yourself fed in low elo with Lissandra to the point where you can actually one shot 2-3 people at the same time.
Problems start when people know how to dodge (but not in bronze-gold). Your limited range is a big disadvantage.
