More life steal runes

Dear Riot, I would like to ask you guys why you have not made more life steal runes available other than quintessences? It would really be nice to have life steal marks. I am currently trying to get used to the season 5 jungle which is pretty rough for almost any champion and I would like to try life steal marks while keeping my attack speed quintessences. Just a thought.

Because they want to limit the amount of lifesteal you can get. They reduced the values on the quints and on items you can buy. Also having AD or AS quints is better than LS like 90 percent of the time.
