Swapping abilities in-client

If Riot ever runs out of ideas, one idea is to give every champion in the game currently and in the future more than 4 abilities. I'm not talking about being able to activate 4 abilities in-game. I'm talking about the idea to swap different abilities before your game even starts (maybe even in champ select). Having a different set of abilities for each champ might make the game more fun. E.g. Oh snap, I go into a game at bot and the enemy tristana doesnt have her rocket jump ability on her W, but some other ability assigned onto her W which you dont see often.
