When will you fix the death recap.
Are you actually design urgot to be split pusher like useless yorick and illaoi?
He is supposed to be belong to adc class. why rework to top laner?

Because he was awful as an ADC. Now he is a reliable tank-shredder and close-range duelist, which could say more about him then being able to swap spots like he did before.
