Why can I not select 3 or 4 roles in dynamic queue?

So I began playing League in Season 2 and I have said for the majority of my ranked play "Fill except support" so why can I not queue for Mid, Top, Jungle and ADC, ultimately shortening my queue times and I am literally happy to play any of those roles, I have to spend longer in queues because Riot half assed their system.

Btw I'm on Oce where the queue times on my high Gold smurf are 5 - 10 minutes every single game.

What possibly reason could there be for not letting me queue for four roles instead of just two, or fill (support). It just seems like Riot couldn't be fked, simple as that. It would shorten queue times in all elos in all servers, and if you only want to queue for two and tank the queue time you can, but why not allow people who are happy to play 3 or 4 roles specifically pick 3 or 4 roles, it's just logical...

Probably cause if everyone chose 3-4 roles then riot would need to implement a more complicated system to choose which player goes to which. I think its much simpler to have a main and 2nd role but then again i may be wrong

I don't get why this gets downvoted? is this some Riot employee that just goes around down voting these things, there is absolute no justifiable reason to not have the option to pick three or four roles. And yes Riot I realise you exploit fillers to fill the support demand but that's not an excuse, if you can't fill the support without blackmailing people into filling then you shouldn't have this system.
