KARMA: tether for super minions

I think karma is overall a well balanced champ. My only issue is the fact that i cannot use her tether to damage super minions. So if i play karma mid the only ability i have to clear super minions is mantra q and q. I think karma should be able to use her tether for a second source of damage to kill super minions. Any thoughts?
