Lucian buff?

Any possible idea on making adc Lucian feel better? Mid Lucian seems to be fine in the right hands depending on match up but right now bot lane lucian feels decently week. I don't want a comeback of just Blade/Cleaver but is there a way to buff him so that crit feels better other than him just needing mana because of the direct nerf he received.
