ryze needs to fuck off until theyve done something with rune prison.

hes the classic counter to hypermobile champions because of his w being on such a short cooldown. maybe improve upon that concept by turning his w into a cripple effect like poppys w.

that way he would specifically be strong against hypermobile assassins and marksmen.

Ryze is still a god. They temporarily nerfed him. But he still can 1v1 anybody late game.
