Sort Champions by "Skin Owned"

It would be nice to be able to sort champions in champ select by "Skin Owned", as in whether or not I own a skin for them. Additionally having a highlight around champs with skins I haven't played with yet would be even nicer. Seems like a no-brainer to increase sales of skins.
