Please lessen auto fill rates

Feels like every single game I'm getting someone on my team who gets auto filled. Leading to them asking to change roles, being denied, and becoming salty from that and trolling or they try their best but they're just not good at said role and do poorly. It just adds another element of RNG onto the mess of soloque where the team with an auto fill on it is starting off on the wrong foot. Isn't this one of the most popular multiplayer games of all time? Auto fill shouldn't be needed so much.
