Rock or Rocks in a bush
I was wondering what the hell are those red or blue circles above a little rock when you go through a bush.. there will be a rock with a red or blue circle gloying.. anyone know what that is for?

Those are the new ward debris that Riot added in the preseason patch. Every time a ward dies, it leaves behind one of those little glowing orbs as an indication that there was a ward placed there a little while ago. Red means it was an enemy ward, blue means it was an ally ward. The idea behind their addition was to help players learn and predict the enemy team's warding patterns.
Malphite needed to take a shit.
That's where a ward was. It was part of a previous update.
