I've been selecting Fill for my last few games

I'm listed at Silver 3, listed at Silver 2 MMR which is pretty average, yet even with a straight FILL for my role selection for solo/duo queue, why am I still waiting 2+ minutes for the queue to pop?! I've filled for my last 5 solo queue games and gotten support every time.

If the playerbase has been split so much with Flex and Solo/Duo that it takes so long to get a Fill slot in a game, Autofill absolutely isnt the correct solution.
