League of legends Nerfs And Buffs

league of legends nerfs and buffs have always being messing up the game and it mains that we play constantly whether in ranked or in norms say you nerf annie and shes my main everyone gets to hopp on her like she's nothing you turned her into a disease. Why can't you stop nerfing or if its a (huge Problem nerf the parts that are a problem) don't just do it because you want new content. Buffing a champion in the game just gives them more advantages to out destroy the annie in the match or others. And if you buff a champion it might be banned in every game it's just not balanced and equal at all.
