Balance changes that would be nice to see IMO.

Jax has way too much damage for being to safe and being tanky for going full damage. Nerf the ult damage and/or armor/mr from active more so the passive damage. Akali 's burst needs to be reduce if you refuse to nerf the shroud. You should increase the radius Akali has to go to get passive auto damage or put a timer on it or even just increase the cd of her q. But with the shroud you could reduce the radius a smidgen and have a time alotted under tower with true invisibility like 1-1.5 secs or something along those lines. Lucian needs a nerf to the damage of his ult with how much the rest of his kit has. Vladimir needs the same thing as jax less damage or less bulk, reduce his sustain from q or reduce its damage ratio. Ekko needs reduced damage around his convergence passive and e since his ult is a get out of jail free card, should one shot squishies but should have some counter play wish items to build. Gragas should have the harsh damage reduction scaling toned down quite a bit and his base damages as well, he should not one shot while tank or at one item component. Irelia should have a q base damage nerfed, increase minion damage more to equal out, then make her q do more to her marked targets to increase the skill cap and make it so if she misses everything he can't still one shot you with q and like 2 auto attacks. Kaisa should be made so she has to choose between the q evolve and the w evolve not get both or make it harder to get the second after the first. Kayn should not be able to come back so quickly as blue Kayn from a 0/4 start. Neither should MasterYi or Yasuo . They are supposed to be high risk high reward not feed to win. Olaf should have a q base damage nerf or a slow nerf so there is more counter play to possibly escaping him. Ryze just needs a lower scaling off mana. You should add ad scaling to Teemo q and mushrooms. Urgot should get base damage nerf for his q or its scaling because it is doing too much damage at black cleaver. Please make Zed ult cleansable again but only specifically with the summoner spell summoner 1 so you can decide if you want to be able to cleanse zed ult or have heal or barrier or whatever. summoner 1 has a decently long cd so Zed should still get 2 more ults in that span to capitalize.

Also would be appreciated if you would work on the VFX matching the hitboxes better because they have larger and longer hitboxes than they show and it is not fun to die when you thought you were fine but die when you could have summoner 4, summoner 21 , summoner 7 , or item 3157 to save yourself or item 3222 an ally.
